4. crab cakes, fried cabbage, coconut rice, and Caesar salad

Tuesday

The crab is leftover from the stuffed mushrooms I cooked on Sunday, as is the rice. I'll probably stretch the crab a bit with some leftover salmon. There are a couple small crab stuffed mushrooms left-- I'll microwave those too. With tartar sauce and/or lemon wedges.
