What's for Dinner, Tues., Sept. 23, 2025 [View all]

Another beautiful fall day, but the plumber is still working so I have no water. Doesn't matter--I stocked up on easy things to fix in the event of a block of time with no water. Consequently, tonight's dinner is:

Impossible burger as an open face sandwich over whole wheat. Lettuce, provolone, and caramelized onion on top.

Onion rings with ketchup, fixed in the air fryer.

Cherry tomatoes.

Kombucha: cherry-ginger.

Dessert: chocolate ice cream.
