It’s really a terrific meatloaf recipe I modified to make plant based by substituting the ground beef/pork with mashed beans. For today’s version I used both pinto and red kidney beans. I also made garlic mashed red potatoes and steamed Romano beans with sliced mushrooms. Comfort food night. Cheers!🥂
