Salmon with Balsamic Glaze

Lemony Greek Pasta Salad
Salad is made with orzo, cucumbers, Kalamata olives, and feta cheese.
The dressing has a shallot and the grated rind of an entire lemon. Also dill and Dijon.
Iced blueberry tea.
Dessert: Half an ndividual serving size of a bundt cake with Lemon Berry Sauce.
