12. I think we saw the same video. The cow playing with a ball like a dog.

It has an impact. As do those "odd friends" pics and videos. To eat meat, you have to blank out the fact that the animals have feelings and relationships that go far beyond what we humans might have. I've been eating a lot more beans... especially black beans, to try to make up for the lack of protein. Still looking for a good, easy, spicy black bean soup recipe. Haven't found one yet that hits the mark, tho.
