It's got air pockets. So I sprinkled some zesty Italian dressing inside before adding the cheese and tomato. Then I pan grilled it like I would a grilled cheese. I had a glass of milk with it and it was good. I eat a good amount of feta in salads and pasta so it was fun to try it this way. ❤️
