What's for Dinner, Mon., July 28, 2025 [View all]

Made up a big platter of vegetable and shimp Chinese dumplings. I managed a crispy golden exterior. I also added whole shrimp. Chopped up a large scallion and sprinkled it over the top. Hoisin sauce.

Cherry kombucha.

For dessert, the most delicious flaky peanut butter cookies I've ever had. My friend brought them to me from Philadelphia. I believe he said he got them at the Reading Terminal? Anyway, one of those with decaf coffee.
