Probably my usual...
Grits with extra sharp Cheddar cheese and some ham. I'm also adding an egg every day. Hard boiled is my favorite.

No more V-8. I found out that my sodium is too high.

My blood pressure has been all over the map lately, too. High for two weeks until yesterday when I came close to fainting and now it's low again. That's my usual.

My doctor had told me to carry a salt packet with me everywhere for that. But I rarely used it. I've never had to worry about high blood pressure. So, something's up.

So, I'm experimenting.

Nollie will be having kibble with Gouda.

I'll have my lemon-lime Lassi midmorning.
