My girlfriend lived in the apartment building where they shot the entrance of the MTM show. They were always returning for more entryway shots. She lived right on the ground floor (never do that!) by the entrance, too, so we often heard what was going on whether we wanted to or not.

And of course everyone's conversation who walked by.

I live somewhat close Tony Soprano's house, and when that show was being filed, we were always running into scenes.
