...don't even bother heating the pan to 350F. It's gonna be too hot. The outside of the pancake will turn black before the inside cooks. Start at 325ish and prepare to reduce the temperature. It takes a little longer to cook the pancakes but it is SO worth it.

Looks like an outstanding recipe. I would add a pinch of cinnamon to the dry ingredients but that's me.
