Posting early because of working late.

Cherry gazpacho. It has cucumbers, red bell pepper, garlic, sherry vinegar and thinly sliced mint leaves.

That's prob'ly all I'll have because of this humidity and heat, but if I get hungry when it cools off, I might cook some salmon with brown sugar. RG recipe.

Cherry kombucha.

p.s. I'm so glad I bought a countertop ice machine.
