1. I love Pad Thai!

I made it from scratch a couple times. What I think makes a good pad thai is making sure the noodles are not too wet with water before you mix them in the sauce. The crushed peanuts are a must, as well as, cilantro and bean sprouts. The lime juice is a must and I think the carrots are what makes it so sweet. That sounds so good!
