7. Leftover casserole and salad

I used up a half pint of home-canned ground beef and tomato paste (aka hamburger slop) which I seasoned with herbs, my last onion, and dry vermouth. Cooked my last stock of rotelli pasta, at 5.4 ounces. (I may get more, but really, we prefer penne and we have pounds of that.) Topped it with a half carton of ricotta and grated Parmesan from the freezer. Pitched it in the oven at 350 and left it there till it was good and brown.

Tasty, and there's now a little more room in the fridge.
