Used to buy in bulk from an oriental market (we moved too far away) and I made fruit leathers to preserve them (basically just puréed them and spread on a sheet)--meaning they might last a couple weeks because we gorged ourselves. Best reason to buy a dehydrator, next to making apple rings and vegan meringues. 😋
