8. Chicken marsala

mashed potatoes, green beans from the farmers market, peach cobbler. Yes, a lot going on but my son did the mashed potatoes and helped with the peaches and the green beans. He's the only person on the planet that I could ever enjoy cooking with, he's developed a good sense of what needs done when and not being where I need to be, which is very necessary in a small kitchen.
