45. Late to the party, but I love mine.

Thursday

Made country spare ribs yesterday and hard cooked eggs for egg salad this morning. Other favorites are ground chicken burgers, roasted vegetables and potatoes. I’ve even made omelets in it.
I’ve had mine (Consori) for a couple of years. I’m already thinking about the next one I’ll get.
Experiment and have fun!
