I had some Genoa salami and pepper jack cheese with a few saltines for an appetizer.

Stir fry with slices of left over roast pork tenderloin with vegetables from a frozen package (snow peas, spring onion, carrot etc.) plus a small bell pepper from the garden (first of the year). TJ used a ready made sauce packet. I think it was for beef and broccoli according to the label.

Ducky expressed concern that he wasn't getting salami or cheese. He sat next to me doing his best good boy act. Sitting and staring at me then giving a quick wag every time I looked his way. He had a tiny bit of each and a corner of a saltine. "No more," I said and he just walked away. Maybe that good boy sitting wasn't just an act.
