1. leftover shepherd's pie...

...itself made last night to use up leftover roast beef. Cooking for two is tough-- I nearly always have two or three dinners worth no matter how much I try to manage the portions. Open one canned ingredient or thaw something frozen and you're instantly cooking 4-6 servings. It doesn't help that we eat less than we used to. Sigh. But at least the leftovers are tasty!
