4. sauerkraut over pork chops baked w/brown sugar. bavarian kraut is sweeter, but we didn't want the caraway seeds.

better reheated in cast iron frying pan when you caramelize the kraut. more br sugar. kraut tastes better. my great-great aunt did this w/ pork ribs in her 90's. why did she wait so long!
