Appetizer will be seared ahi ahi tuna steak slice, cold shrimp with cocktail sauce and lemon, and herring with red onion & sour cream.
Lasagna, made in my slowcooker.
Tossed green salad with cucumbers and celery. Caesar dressing.
Dessert: cake and vanilla ice cream. I get the cake at the Hispanic market. It is kind of crumbly and ever so good. Probably will put ginger crystals in the ice cream.
