7. A rainy day here in the Catskills.

So I’m going with some of the hearty cabbage casserole that I made yesterday. It consists of green cabbage, potato chunks, chopped shallot, lots of garlic, Italian sausage, black pepper, a cup of white wine.

Along with a cup of strong ginger coffee.
