4. Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

A mixture of brown rice, vegan beef crumbles, sautéed onion and garlic folded into pockets of blanched large cabbage leaves. Put the rolls in a greased baking dish and then I poured a simple tomato sauce I made from tomato purée, onion, garlic and fresh dill over all the rolls. Covered with foil and baked for about an hour at 375 degrees. Served with garlic mashed red potatoes, skins and all. Cheers! 🥂
