Big spinach salad with citrus fruit and turkey bacon crumbles. Red onion. I just made the vinaigrette, which has orange rind, freshly squeezed orange juice. Also sesame oil.

To go with it, something simple like a veggie burger on toasted ciabatta.

What I'd really like is that tunafish sandwich described by SheltieLover a week or so ago. It had banana pepper rings on it. I bought the banana pepper but now I'm thinking not to make it because I do such a poor job with hardboiled eggs. They never turn out for me, so I'm just going to drop that from my cooking repertoire. Maybe I can get some cage-free hardboiled eggs at the store.

Kombucha: tangerine.

Dessert: hope to pick up cake from the Hispanic grocery store and make a dessert with it.

It's Emile's b'day, everyone, so a Big Happy Birthday to you, Emile. He is such a champ at picking up when we need someone to do a thread and we are very thankful for that.
