8. Cabbage, Carrots and Potatoes

Steamed cabbage and sliced carrots, air-fried red potato nuggets, with air-fried crispy tofu tossed in Carolina style bbq sauce. As close as I could get to a traditional Irish dinner. Homemade shortbread cookies made with Miyoko’s butter and whole wheat flour for dessert. Cheers! 🍻
