Chopped romaine, shredded cabbage, minced red onion, fresh mung bean sprouts, shredded carrots, tossed in TJ’s Peanut Thai Dressing. Topped with chopped smoked tofu, peanuts and scallions. A few squirts of fresh lime juice to finish it off. Apple crisp for dessert. Cheers! 🥂
