It may be delicious (and I like root vegetables, especially in winter - even rutabagas!) but the name evokes peasant farmers with nothing else to eat in the harsh times!) Maybe calling them "Swedish turnips" or just "Swedes", like they do in Britain, would improve their image?

Name aside, the recipe does sound good!
