4. Pasta with Mushroom Sauce

Steam-fried in evoo and veggie broth: chopped onions, green bell pepper and minced garlic. When done add a few cups of sliced white and cremini mushrooms and some cooked black beans. When liquid is evaporated add homemade marinara and toss with whole wheat spaghetti. Vegan Parmesan on top. Steam fried spinach with shallots and toasted garlic bread as sides. Had a nice glass of Merlot. Cheers! 🥂
