For the top of the Zander must have been delicious. The fennel fronds make a spectacular plate presentation.

I have this huge fennel at one of my gardens. It has the fronds and dozens of yellow seed heads. I’ll try to remember to get a pic. I really need to stake it. It is over 6’ tall!

Fennel is so much fun to cook with.
