What's for Dinner, Fri., Aug. 16, 2024 [View all]
It's so hot here that I'm just having a fruit-type salad and then going to work. Hopefully it will cool off by 7 because we are building watermelon trellises.
Peach mango caprese salad.
Grape tomatoes, peaches, mangoes, and mozzarella "pearls." Cilantro and basil, chopped. The dressing is balsamic and it also has basil leaves in it.
Served over chopped, crispy iceburg lettuce.
Dessert (much later) will be rocky road ice cream.
