What's for Dinner, Sunday, May 5, 2024 [View all]

Sheet pan dinner: Honey & Turmeric Chicken Thighs with Olives. Has a couple lemons, honey, dry white wine, lotsa' garlic (a whole head!) capers, raisins, olives. Bay leaves and parsley.

I'm using half a chicken, though, instead of the thighs.

It's raining here and a bit on the cool side, so this will be a nice aroma to have floating through the house.

Pineapple kombucha.

Here's a pic, but it's not mine. It's from the cookbook Sheet Pan Meals by Cider Hill Press.
