Stuffed green peppers. The stuffing is mixed ground beef and pork with chopped vegetables like onion, celery, carrot, tomato. Topped with lotsa' cheddar cheese.

on edit: ooops, forgot side salad: sliced Napa, fennel, and cabbage leaves from the garden with green apple. Has olive oil vinaigrette dressing. Toasted almonds on top.

Tart cherry kombucha.

Dessert will be decaf and a few vanilla hummus topped tea biscuits with some blueberries on the side.
