What's for Dinner, Fri., Aug. 18, 2023 [View all]
Big tossed salad with romaine and radishes, tomatoes, peppers, celery, and cucumbers. Also red onion.
Caesar dressing. Sliced ham over the top.
Eggplant-mozzarella-basil sandwich, open face.
Every vegetable (except for the radishes) mentioned above was grown in my garden! Even the eggplant!
Orange kombucha.
