TCD MS 744 (former shelf mark N.1.3) is housed in the Manuscripts & Archives Research Library, Trinity College Dublin. The manuscript contains 'Copies of the books appended to the Report of the Parliamentary Commission on Forfeitures, 1699'. This manuscript does not appear online. You are welcome to consult the original manuscript, if you are in a position to do so.
