1. Water weight gain

Last year I was doing slow carbs 6 days a week, with one cheat day a week. It was completely normal to wake up the next morning after cheat day with 3-8 pounds of extra weight, even though I clearly didn't eat 24,000 calories on cheat day. It drops off again over the next few days.
