Most of all, it’s a good look at the day to day struggles of living with bipolar II. I came away from the book with a new understanding of why I made the life choices I have. For example, I worked part time for twenty years. The book has helped me understand that I didn’t do that on a whim, and the guilt I’ve felt all these years has been useless. I was lucky to find a business that let me do that.
