been living with bipolar 2 my whole life but wasn't diagnosed until about 4 years ago. On mild medication for it and I"m doing OK but still have struggles that goes along with the disease. BTW- anxiety, employment issues along with IBS have kinda ruled my existence for quite some time now. Just taking it day by day. Back to this book: does it offer any coping mechanism and advice for folks like us? TIA
