For me hyperactivity, shakiness, high blood sugar, high blood pressure, racing thoughts, trouble concentrating, weight gain are the most apparent short term symptoms. Long term - full blown metabolic disorder and adrenal gland dysfunction.

Definitely antibiotics if you have a sinus/ear infection. Those suck. Nasal saline rinse daily keeps them away. Clouds Passing Aug 12 #14
