I had the pleasure for a couple months this last winter. After healing from other things(about 10 days) it got to the point that I was aware of it but it did not cause any pain or discomfort. I would be aware that we are all somewhat different, mine was placed after some precancerous growths were removed from my kidney and at first was quite painful for about 4 or 5 days. 800mg of ibuprofen worked.
