without medication. But it should improve. If they didn’t give you any meds, that’s probably a good sign.

Actually, too much working out could keep it elevated, at least in short run.

Again, talk to your doc because most of us here are only posting based on personal experience. And remember, well controled hypertension is not usually a big deal if you keep it controlled and monitored. You’d be surprised how many people are on BP meds, including me.
