The massage cream with arnica is what I use for my skin now. CBDs are abundant here (Oklahoma) even Walgreen's carries them, but I'm leery of OTC specialties. The Pain Stick is most effective so far although my husband bought Theraworks Relief - a spray on loaded with magnesium that worked beautifully for about six hours. Around $20. The thing about CBDs is that there are receptors for them all over the body and absorbable through the skin. I can only take oral pain killers once every 3 days and I appreciate a medicine that works without wrecking my gastro system.
