4. My mother had it.

She had the tingling, became partially paralyzed (but mostly recovered) and needed hospital care for several weeks, received SSD because she was unable to continue her work as a bank cashier.

I agree with the others that you should contact your Dr. again. My mother was driving (by herself) and was barely able to pull off the road when tingling started in her arms.
