6. I'd like to comment on "Abstinence" if I may.

That was pretty much me when I made my first attempt at sobriety.

Funny the term "credits" is used. I used to give myself "credits", and used that word, for reading the literature, seeing my therapist, going to meetings, and on and on. But those credits added up to pathetic excuses to continue to drink.

For me, the final admission that I couldn't stop has been the only solution that's worked for me thus far.

I am very, very interested in the success of RSI. I wish you well in this important endeavor.
