Unlike the water soluble vitamins, which result in what health care professionals like to call “expensive urine” because you pee away whatever your body does not need, vitamins A, D, E and K accumulate in the body.

Cod liver oil also contains vit A. If someone foolishly takes both vit A and cod liver oil, they will be massively and dangerously overdosing. More is not better.
