What are the consequences when it's too late to have an abortion (after the first trimester)? And what if it happens over and over and over again, for the same lady? It's a fucking nightmare for the mother and all those kids, that's what it is. But in this age, there should be no "turnaways." Or at least there should only be one. That woman should be given birth control or have a tubal ligation as soon as that child is born. It is abhorrent to think that we might have a problem with unwanted pregnancies still.
