If anyone can help it will be Pedro Irigonegaray. I had thought he had retired until I ran into him a few weeks ago. If anyone can move this in the right direction it will be him.

Thanks, I had not been seeing much about this here in Kansas, you would think it would have been a big news bump but.....

He is an old neighbor and pal, he has done so much for this state, a truly good human.

Glad to know this is going on so I can maybe do something. This state is going to try to hit the very bottom of the pit, and be proud of it, after our last election. As fast as they can.
