I'm a little dissappointed that you included a major spoiler here - and also mis-characterized Ria. She didn't "suddenly remember" the molestation. She kept it hidden for years, and was only prompted to speak up in order to save her young relative from the same trauma.

It is a beautiful film. I have always nudged my friends to see it. It is at once uplifting, funny, romantic and deals with all kinds of issues. And it's done against the background of incredible music and the most beautiful women imaginable arrayed in the most stunning saris!

The sub-story about the wedding planner, Mr. Dubai, leads up to one of the most romantic scenes ever (you know the one), and brings me to tears every time I've watched this film - which is a LOT of times!
