4. Texas is a much more difficult State to track in that way

Lots of major corporations (Oracle, AT&T, Exxon, Tesla, and others) have moved headquarters to TX in recent decades. Many Gay senior managers moved with the corp HQ, having little incentive to find new comparable jobs, especially since the men weren't hit by the misogeny of anti-abortion laws.

Of course, none of those companies have any such loyalty to the relocated staffers.

My expectation is that they will only move away again after they are laid off or retire.
