saying Russian PM Dmitri Medvedev was referring to the Men in Black movie starring Will Smith. I think we all knew he was referring to the Russian video when the subject was discussed in the thread linked below:

It doesn’t matter anyway, because the video is nonsense and Medvedev was speaking tongue in cheek, having a little fun with the notion of ETs visiting Earth.
