Yesterday

This is the problem with the Chief Traitor in occupation of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. An actual President of the United States would have made it clear to Comrade Putin, privately, that the United States would, at minimum, respond in kind. And as someone who served under NATO Command during the Cold War, there is no doubt in my mind about it.
