More concerned about Iranian shortages of water and electricity than Indigenous shortages of water and electricity.

More concerned about Iranian poverty than North Carolina storm victim poverty.

Oh. Wait. It's an act. He's not concerned about any harsh conditions or any ethnic / regional group. He's just found yet another way to be cruel.
